How does this investigation work?
Upon arrival at the Old Idaho Penitentiary, you will be introduced to the Big River Paranormal team, who will provide an overview of the guidelines and procedures for the investigation. Participants will then be organized into smaller groups of approximately 10–12 individuals.
The investigation will span six buildings over the course of four hours. Each group will rotate to a new location approximately every 45 minutes to ensure full coverage of the site.
While in each building please keep in mind that you are all working as a team, so please stay with your team and be respectful.
Please keep in mind that paranormal phenomena do not occur on demand. While there is a possibility of experiencing activity during the investigation, there is also the chance that none will be immediately apparent.
It is important to note that a full assessment cannot be made until all evidence collected throughout the evening has been carefully reviewed. Investigators often report that, despite perceiving little or no activity in real time, subsequent analysis may reveal captured evidence—such as an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon), including instances where a participant’s name is faintly detected at a specific location.
The Geiser Grand Hotel
Baker City Oregon
You must be 18 to attend and space is VERY limited.
Our team of dedicated investigators, equipped with advanced technology and extensive experience in paranormal research, will conduct a thorough exploration of the hotel. This investigation will include access to areas of the property that are not typically open to the general public.
Throughout the evening, participants may have the opportunity to encounter reports historically associated with the location, including sightings of the “Blue Lady,” apparitions resembling flappers along the upper balconies, and accounts of a young girl in the historic cellar.
While such experiences cannot be guaranteed, the investigation offers a unique opportunity to explore these claims firsthand and engage with the unknown in a structured and professional setting.

Fee: $50.00 Per Person plus the cost of your room should you reserve one.
All proceeds go to the Geiser Grand Hotel.

A review from one of our guests.
This is what we strive for in every investigation!
Very well done team!
My wife Lynda and I just went ghost hunting with you on Aug. 26th at the Geiser. We did not see or here anything. We had a GREAT time!!! Your team is wonderful, and informative. We would absolutely do it again and recommended it to anyone.
The excitement isn’t seeing or hearing anything. The excitement comes from the first three seconds that you ask a spirit to make a noise or do something.
You say,” can you make a noise?” That first three seconds you are waiting for something is thrilling. Part of me wants to hear something, and another part does not. And throughout the night you do it over and over.
Your group is professional, engaging, and entertaining. It doesn’t matter that we didn’t see or hear anything. It’s like going fishing. I didn’t get one bite, I didn’t even see a fish, but I will be out again tomorrow.
Happy fishing, and a job well done.
