All of our services are offered free of charge. With extensive field experience and strong connections throughout the paranormal community, our team is committed to providing respectful, thorough, and compassionate support.

Many of these individuals chose to tell their stories in hopes of offering support and reassurance to others experiencing similar phenomena.
Big River Paranormal does not conduct spiritual or religious cleansing services, including location clearings. If requested, we can provide referrals to trusted professionals who specialize in those practices.
The following is what you can expect during the Big River Paranormal investigation process.
Please read this carefully before filling out the following form.
1- When a client contacts us regarding reported paranormal activity, we will arrange an initial consultation by phone. During this interview, we gather information about the reported experiences and location to help determine the best approach for the investigation and to assist us with any necessary background and historical research.
2- Our team will begin conducting background and historical research as soon as the initial contact with the client, you, has been made.
3- Our Case Manager may schedule additional investigations as needed to ensure a thorough investigation and to gather the best possible evidence in cases involving potential paranormal activity.
4- Investigation Scheduling: We make every effort to arrange investigation dates and times that are convenient for our clients. Investigations are typically conducted on Fridays and Saturdays to accommodate our team’s weekday work schedules.
5- Upon the team’s arrival, we will set up our equipment and begin collecting data while minimizing disruption to the client whenever possible. Our goal is to observe and document activity within a natural, everyday environment.
During the investigation, a variety of equipment may be used to assist in the collection of evidence, including but not limited to:
- Audio recorders
- Video cameras
- Digital photography equipment
- EMF meters and environmental monitoring devices
- Other investigative tools as needed
6- Once the investigation is complete, our team begins a detailed review of all collected evidence. This process typically takes up to 12 days, though additional time may be required if any evidence needs to be reviewed by outside specialists. After the review is finalized, our Case Manager will contact you to discuss the findings and determine whether a follow-up investigation may be beneficial.
