​Guests hear a chair move and it is picked up clearly on the recorder at 10:25pm.

Basement
Investigators are discussing an odd noise they heard but ultimately decided it was Marie moving around just above them. As they are finishing their discussion a sigh can be heard by Christopher and confirmed by Tina and others in the room, however the sigh they mention seemed to be a short breath catching sigh but the sigh on the recorder is long and drawn out as a relief sounding sigh. The sigh is heard at 11:34pm.

Basement
Christopher is discussing the washer and dryer setup and overflows and at 11:47pm a male sigh is heard over the top of the discussion out of place. This happens while Christopher is yawning, and many others are talking.
