Mark, Kali, Melissa, Sharon, Steve was at base.
Equipment: All IPRG equipment was used.
Weather Conditions: Cool, but clear. Temp mid 40's.
Location Description:
The Geiser grand is Hotel that was build in down town Baker City around 1889. It has two restaurants, over 30 rooms three dinning rooms and one saloon.
Reported Activity:
Two team members Melissa and Sharon were down in the basement over by the dryers with the Mel-meter. The
Mel-meter went from 0.0 to 2.0 and Melissa and Sharon said they felt like low voltage electricity went through them and gave them a tingling feeling. There was what sounded like a phone ringing in the library. The people that had phones with them had their phones turned off at the time.

Video camera location:
Basement, placed at entrance/exit facing back wall where the dumbwaiter was.
Here is what Steve Sherard had to say about the video:
"Camera is being physically moved as you can see the sides of the frame shift to see more of the pillar on the right and less of the shelving on the left. It actually stops at 11min 50sec and is completely stationary. As I’m the one that placed the camera and know where it is at and what it is on, I have no idea what could be causing this for only that time.
